They let me in the mages guild library for free, so I picked up every single"free" book off the library shelf, no matter how common or valuable, then walked 10 feet over to a guy who watched me pick up those 200 books, and sold his dumb ass every last one… Profit? Yes. For me at least. Damn good thing I don’t have to worry about the in-game economy, though.

ai is like lockpicking in skyrim, fucking stupid.
At least you weren’t me who never knew you could spin the claws around to see the proper order. I found that out AFTER I beat the game. I quite literally tried every combination on each one. (Granted obviously I would get most of them before having to go through all options)
Oh that’s the big important doors
I suspect the other person meant the door and chest lockpicking minigame. That’s just… move mouse tiny bit, press A or D, move again, done
Who’s the streamer that failed Skyrim picking for hours and gave up? I have this vague memory of this complete failure of a person in a meme.
Been a while since I have played it, so my memory is probably vague on these details, but I assume that would be possible if you were low level, trying to pick a high level lock. But then wouldn’t you also run out of lock picks? I’m wondering how many people watched a streamer fail lock picking for hours…
I see games that look interesting these days, then they mention lock picking, and are instantly very uninteresting.
I have enough “Skyrim skill” now that I can pick a Master level lock with a couple of picks.
But now I just install the mod for the Unlock spell.
Along with the other 100+ mods required to make the game worth playing :P
You didn’t pick a lock you played a game.
you consider lockpicking in skyrim to be a game?
Don’t hate the player, hate the game :p
Don’t hate the miniplayer, hate the minigame
It’s called a minigame
