Reuters reports that around 100 people made it into the construction site, with some scaling a crane to place a “fuck AI” banner. Protesters also unfurled a “Microsoft powers genocide” banner on the construction site, and chanted “Microsoft has got to go” and “free Palestine.”

I’m a huge fan of this protest, but climbing the boom of a crane without any safety gear is extremely fucking stupid.
Get a safety harness before you do this. They’re not that expensive. Hell, steal one from the site. But this gets people killed, like yourself.
How sweet will it be with all these idiot companies try to replace us with their shitty llm implementations, which will then have no connection because data centers were destroyed. I yearn for that day.
