In practice the Ontario libs haven’t proposed anything worth voting for so we’ve voted for them mainly as the bigger sink of anti-Ford vote and thus most likely to unseat him. Didn’t work. Twice. The Ontario NDP has been doing better with fewer votes but I think we also voted for them as an anti-Ford sink. We need more left populist fire from them. I think there’s a chance that the OLP torpedoes themselves with a boiled ham leader for the next election which would be good for the ONDP.
