There is certainly an information war going on.

My grandma lives in springfield and believes that Minneapolis (and Saint Paul) are burnt out warzones over run with gangs. Even though I took her on a tour last time she was up. (it held for a few months or so?) she will only get her news from cable news, and like, Fox is the least partisan she gets access to.

I’m sorry. I don’t mean to paint everyone with that brush, but yeah. Gotta say, some of the shit coming from your govenor and state congress is… uhmm

so yes. he very much is popular outside new york. (also, people in MO would be rather likely to hate anyone without a R by their name. Just saying. it’s a backwards state ran by backwards people. not the worst offender, but not far off.)
