It’s so gross to see it here in America. Parks and government buildings, sure. But homes with flagpoles and lights in a rock garden? Ick.
Predominantly (exclusively?) people who own houses and/or go to watch their country perform in sports championships. I don’t know any other people than those demographics.
In France it’s mostly during sports events yeah.
Or for the fascist nationalists, on houses I don’t really see it often
