Kristi Noem, the homeland security secretary, said officers had not used pepper spray and similar measures limited by a judge’s order, then was confronted with a video that showed chemical agents deployed.
I’m of hearing multiple examples of legal observers being sprayed, as well as being shown their home address and threatened with arrest for merely bearing witness.

It’s not “if they have more force” but in a practical sense, its actually risky, and cops are incredibly wimpy

You’re right, but I feel like we should have a better standard for who’s allowed to be a cop in general for a lot of reasons.
Court room cop seems like a gravy ass fucking job though.

First cops can’t enforce the symbolic order because they don’t have overwhelming power. Then the judges are afraid to make a resolution that no one would enforce either way.
