“Dear Jonas,” the president wrote to Norway’s prime minister, Jonas Gahr Støre. “Considering your Country decided not to give me the Nobel Peace Prize for having stopped 8 Wars PLUS, I no longer feel an obligation to think purely of Peace, although it will always be predominant, but can now think about what is good and proper for the United States of America. Denmark cannot protect that land from Russia or China, and why do they have a ‘right of ownership’ anyway? There are no written documents, it’s only that a boat landed there hundreds of years ago, but we had boats landing there, also. I have done more for NATO than any other person since its founding, and now, NATO should do something for the United States. The World is not secure unless we have Complete and Total Control of Greenland. Thank you! President DJT.”

How are we to tell our kids to “grow up” when they’re acting immature when one of the most powerful men on the planet are acting like this publicly?

Honestly, when folks at my job complain about Gen z work ethic, I just think…fuck man, why WOULD they. Like I’m old I get that I have to work to keep my community afloat based solely on principle and a desire to live in a moderately decent place but they don’t have decades of experience to teach them that. All they see is any opportunity for growth squashed more and more every day… Like why would they care? How could they motivate to even try? Edit: fat finger spelling

That’s why I have some hope for Gen Z and Alpha. They’re seeing all this and we need to tell them how things were before the billionaires truly tried to take over. Unfortunately we can’t get the Boomers to do anything because they’re too busy committing generational warfare.
