Honestly the small amount of people that want to leave to the USA they can definitely get up and move. I would even hold the door so it does not hit them on the way out.
And if they argue that it’s about the land… they’d probably be shocked to discover how little land the Province of Alberta actually has control over.
Hell I’d even pack a nice little picnic lunch, and drive them down in a limousine. If that’s what it takes…
