I’m trying to think of an outdoor floor, like maybe if it’s got that temp flooring they put down under large tents for outdoor events I’d call it a floor. But even something like a tennis or basketball court, if it’s outside I’d almost certainly call the surface “ground”.

A tiled patio is in the middle between “ground” and “floor”
Like patios, and atriums, maybe. Boat and house decks probably qualify.
