Before I commit, is there a similar movie that would help decide if it’s my thing? The reason I’m asking:
Evolution received mixed-to-negative reviews from film critics with criticism for its storyline, screenplay and pacing; however, the performances of the cast received minor praise.
Evolution is a popcorn movie. Go into it with no expectations, take it at surface value, and have a good time. If you’re trying to analyze things or look for deeper meaning, there’s nothing there. If you want a 90min long meme, you’re in the right spot.

If anyone’s curious what happened to the translation here, the original Russian is abbreviated — the full phrase would be «мороженое в ассортименте» (ice cream in assortment) — but they abbreviated assortment and Russian doesn’t have articles so they use them when you wouldn’t expect.
Also, this is most likely eastern Ukraine because they quote the prices in both hryvnia and roubles.«гр.» is for grams
