OpenAI is planning to discontinue Sora, the generative-AI video creation platform it launched in late 2024. Disney has ended its partnership for Sora.

This is clearly a sign that the product failed to draw in enough customers and its viability was overhyped.

Hopefully, it is the start of the AI bubble bursting.

    Damn. Makes me wish I had utilized the revolutionary power and i n f i n i t e potential of A . I . more responsibly while I had the chance.

    Had I known that it cost Sam $5 a pop I would have spend WAY much more time researching combination of random words to make the most terrifyingly depraved looking shit while cackling like a moronic chuckle fucker.

    You really don’t know what you have until it’s gone…sad.
