    That’s true but a lot of states have kinda done it to themselves. Not just super high taxes on fuel, but for example in places like California have required a different type of fuel that effectively no one else in the world is required to use. But it also overlaps into neighboring states that rely on piggy-backiing on California’s fuel supplies.All of the fuel distributors and gas station sellers are making money on this conflict. Gas could be $2.50gal / maybe $0.67 liter in the US if it wasn’t for international buyers and opportunistic greed.
