Wow 87% disapproval is a much higher number than what I imagined.

Reading the headline I was expecting it was like a 60% disapproval

Hegseth is quoting Pulp Fiction, not The Bible. Anyone who actually believes in God should be insanely offended by everything this criminal cartel is doing to America, in the name of God.

Blasphemy doesn’t even come close to describing what MAGA is defending right now.

To MAGA: People may give you a pass, but God won’t.

I find religious MAGA to be like that religious guy from the MAGA gang in Manhunt.

Separation of church and state is one of the founding principles of the country for a reason.

You are free to follow any (legal) religious rules you want. Your rules do not however apply to others. This is America, or it’s supposed to be.

Sadly, many americans think it’s “a christian nation,” and that our laws should be based on christianity.

Oh, except the parts about loving your neighbor, treating foreigners like family, not killing anyone, etc.

Indeed, it would at least be better if they acted like Jesus instead of just thanking him for his service and doing whatever the hell they want and then making a big show out of asking for forgiveness and being born again. Former murderer or drug addict finds Jesus, Churches love that stuff and will make them guest speakers.

Yeah, and honestly I’m all on board with celebrating someone who really does turn their life around. It can be really tough to break the cycle. But so many of these folks are just outright hypocrites. They’ll go to church and listen to the preacher talk about the ten commandments and the sermon on the mount. They’ll say that those things should be law. Then they’ll cheat on their spouse, advocate for the death penalty, celebrate concentration camps for families with children here illegally, and a host of other things that their book is unquestionably against. It’s gross.

They have both either lied under oath to get their jobs, or have violated their oath of office after obtaining it. In either case, their authority is null and void. They do not legitimately hold their offices. Period. At best they are impersonating leo/federal officials. I’m reality they are guilty of treason and high crimes against the United States. The only question is, are we going to garnish the wages of the people who donated to his campaign after the executions

Not all that surprising, since ~30% of Americans are not religious in the first place, so you are probably putting off that percentage right from the jump, and then have to look to the other ~70% to find any support for such rhetoric…

Let us know when they do more than “disapprove”. Maybe they could protest, and I mean more than 3 single day protests in a year.

Yep. They may claim to be offended and disapprove, but at the end of the day, they’ll still vote for him
