Clear enemies are the least to fear. Be wary of those that, like foxes, pretend to be allies so you trust them and stop fighting.
Not sure foxes are the best metaphor. They’re not particularly friendly in my experience.

No, that was a different thing, it released about 65B of Iranian assets. The 300B was a reconstruction fund independence of that.
