Brown is legitimately one of my favorite colors, especially for clothes and…well…most other tangible items. Deep down, I think you understand and resent the fact that having brown beside it is one of the only ways your twisted pale purples can look halfway decent.
My clothing is mostly black with bright red, blue or purple accents. The accessories tend to be similar colours. I have not owned anything brown for at least 35 years, from the age I could start making my own decisions.
The only brownish thing in my flat now is the flooring and even that is more yellow than brown.
