But I guess, if they don’t have to answer to anyone there’s no reason to keep up the pretense of consistency

Honestly, I used to expect plausible deniability. I used to expect them to pretend not to be hypocrites and have a good cover story. But I guess, if they don’t have to answer to anyone there’s no reason to keep up the pretense of consistency
