    If they wouldn’t have been deployed way too long, it wouldn’t look like that. You’re making the argument for the meme.

      i mean i agree that they should not be out so long, but no ship comes back looking very good, maybe a touch up port side in hawaii.

      mine didn’t look much different. the meme seems to point to exceptional military incompetence as to why it looks like that. but that’s just your average levels of neglect.
