    So if patriarchy doesn’t provide women proper experience in leadership roles, your logic also makes it ok to say this:

    Microdosing being married to a woman by gently but firmly teaching a girl intern how to properly lead a project.

    Your logic seems a bit problematic. As for me personally, I’d rather not perpetrate stereotypes even if they happen to be true today.

      Please no more “girl boss” bosses. They learned all the wrong lessons and made actual good bosses even more rare.

      I’m not sure project management is a household task. So that feels a bit weird. Totally different relationship dynamic.

      But otherwise, yes, you’re talking about mentorship of women and we want more of that.
