I love them on sandwiches, you can place the halves to fit the shape of the bread. And you’re going to cut those caprese slices to fit in your mouth anyway. Use smaller basil leaves and cheese pieces with cherry-tomato halves, it would be very pretty. Or just make “Roman Salad,” with whole ones, bocconcini, pesto and extra chopped basil. Delicious!
