They want their label of socialism, not yours. And it’s a rather brutal one.
There’s no way to know that, so I keep such blanket declarations to myself, as should you.
In my opinion, the biggest problem with tankies is that they are “ends justify the means” people.
Some of them seek a benevolent end-state. Some seek an end-state that personally benefits them. There’s no way to tell which is which.
