Apologies, I can’t keep track of the states and their shenanigans.
And that’s the problem. I think this proves that the old reliable system is no longer feasible in the USA. Rather than 50 states making their own laws, along with the federal court cases (20 years of this?), I thought maybe it would be best to just end it, so we (as in US voters) don’t have to argue over this outrageous stupidity every election.
We have much more important things to work on. In my opinion.
