    I mean the general rule of treat a broken light like a 4 way stop would apply here.

    Now I also know that there’s a large portion of people who will ignore said structures, or were never taught what to do and assume they have the row or follow the vehicle in front since they think that will protect them.

      A flaming light means drive slowly until you’re under it and then drive fast to avoid any burning or melting debris from hitting the car.
