Well thats a situation where you can feel comfortable with a protest vote i guess. Personally I didn’t think Trump was going to win this last election and I was wrong so I no longer feel safe enough to take those risks.
See I’m now the opposite, I voted safe to prevent trump, now I realize the normal Democrats have no interest in fighting back, so to me a protest vote is even more valuable and the more there are makes the Democrats perk up eventually. 2 straight losses to this buffon should be a message. But they’re still not listening .

I agree. I hold out hope that things will have gotten so bad that youths will increase their voting power as my parents generation dies off from self inflicted wounds, but history hasn’t been comforting.
I just hope they arent dont feel like their votes continue to not matter like the people in this thread keep repeating.
I always knew Trump could win and I immediately knew why. I still haven’t mentally recovered and I still don’t know how I’m gonna survive the hell the Democrats’ decades of failures have brought upon us.

Thats an interesting view. Personally I think its people abstaining from voting and a protest 3rd party vote led to our 2nd Trump term.
Of course I am furious with Democratic leadership, but none of them are on my ballots.
Well we got Biden into office because he was the only one that could beat Trump and defeat MAGA fascism forever, right?
The US has, at the very best, a 4 year break from Zio-MAGA fascism (if we make it to 2029), but imo the curtain is already closed.
