Considering many people drive 20+ minutes to work in the US, that gas has gone up $1-$2 dollars (so an extra $10 to $20 per tank), and a shit ton of people live paycheck to paycheck, I am surprised I havent heard more outrage.
Right? I live rurally. I have a 14 acre homestead and live 15 minutes from the closest town, in which I work in. How the fuck am I supposed to bike to work every day when the only way to get to town is a major 110km/h highway?
The delusion some people have around “Well I can just bike to work lol” is fascinating. I bet they believe their food is just grown in the grocery store as well.

No, I think you’re misunderstanding. My observation was that the price has gone up ALREADY, not that there is outrage about the price going up.
