Wait, is HPV a higher risk for gay people?? I thought it was a risk for straight people, or rather everybody, like men and women can get it from the opposite gender, i thought everyone should get the HPV before their first sexual activity?
I thought that statistically gay men have more frequent sex with a much broader range of partners and so stds spread much more quickly in unvaccinated sexually active gay men.

Ah, no, I read elsewhere in this thread that HPV can be very serious indeed or life threatening for someone with HIV.
