I dunno man, it’s a decent portion and look at all the dishes you don’t need to wash.

Probably some food ingredients and (especially) chems too, since we’re talking about a restaurant.
At least it’s contained. Not too bad a spill. Pour it back into the bottle and you’re pretty much good.
I don’t think you can really pour a plate of liquid back into a bottle. At least not without a huge amount of both luck and skill.
With a little care and the right funnel, it’s not too bad. I love my canning funnel for mason jars.

The bottle lid looks to fit a bottle big enough that the plate’s exit stream wouldn’t be overly large to catch it all. It wouldn’t be fun/easy, but doable.
Pour from plate into skillet, from skillet into new squeeze bottle.
