Honestly it baffles me how all these discussions spiral to focus only on major elections. If you want the system to change, don’t wait until you have only the option to vote between lesser and greater evil ffs. You need to work from the roots up if there’s to be any change - and the must be done if you want a revolution too! And yet here we are, tons of accounts just whining how you shouldn’t vote for evil. No shit, but whatcha gonna do about it, other than let the child raping genocider take over? Encourage people to take action on their local level, don’t cry and fight and make even more people disengage with your country’s politics

So you’re gonna pretend the republican party isn’t actively obstructive to the point the only way the Democratic party platform passes legislation is with a supermajority while asking why they weren’t able to do something they didn’t have the numbers to do in the first place. How much of a mandate was blue given in 2020-22? 50+1 in the senate, when 50 republicans opposed green energy and corporate reform, and 1 dem opposed green energy, and 1 dem opposed corporate reform?
