Trump is a selfish dipshit, but I don’t believe he has actually done much since taking office. I think he’s signing off on anything and everything other people put in front of him.

At one point, there’s a video of someone handing him EOs to sign. They tell trump what each one is as the hand it to him. He reacts to each like it’s the first time he heard of it.

Trump is too fucking stupid to do half of what Stephen Miller is doing.

That certainly covers a lot of it, but there are quite a few things that are clearly 100% Trump. Like, for instance -

      Gulf of America

      Rose Patio

      White House ballroom

      “Reciprocal Tariffs”

Prosecuting and censoring people Trump personally dislikes

Most of the Trump ideas are just extremely petty and/or incompetent while the actual competent evil ideas come from ghouls with more remaining brain cells. Often just copied straight from Heritage.

yeah this kind of goes back to that “every accusation is an admission” thing. Maybe they shit themselves over the auto pen thing because literally all this asshat does is scribble on shit

That’s the difference between term I and term II.

They didn’t think he would win term I, and so they weren’t mobilized around him. In fact “they” were mobilized around other candidates that Trump was a threat to when he swept the primary. So his win threw the party into disarray. They spent the Biden presidency reorganizing around Trump. The people signified by “they” changed, and their tactics changed once they realized how well his bullshit works. They had four years to rally around a common enemy: Biden, and they have entered term II with a plan, with a whole executive branch ready to go, and of course with a pre-bent-over SCOTUS ready to go.

The stuff with the dude just telling him what an EO is has been happening very consistently from the beginning. It’s not a one off

He is a tool, a complete tool. He’s also been evil and inept for most of his life so I have zero sympathy.
Is there an option for less than zero sympathy? If so then I have that. I wish him harm and pain.

There’s a few regimes baked in there because his advisors have separate and sometimes conflicting orders, which is very representative of how Trump runs his cabinet. The christofascist wing is JD Vance’s side. Not to be confused with the Nazi wing of Miller, Homan, and RFK, the KGB wing of Gabbard, the Cici “believe not, your lying eyes” wings of Bondi, Patel, and Bongino. Ultimately, they were all sent out to do their own signature style of damage to America, and Trump and the other billionaires are hoping to get first dibs on the scraps. Given that there’s a dip before each announcement, I’d say it’s all functioning as intended still, he just doesn’t like other people being aware of what he’s getting away with.

Yeah, people say JD Van e isn’t an 80 year old moron, he could do so much more & worse than Trump, so be careful what you wish for. But how? Trump has actual pull with Republican voters which then translates to power over elected Republicans. Neither JD nor any one else has that kind of power.
