Immigrants aren’t a monolith in good or bad. Some are collecting social benefits way above the average, some are often employed in very low paying jobs, these two have some overlap. Some are highly paid workers brought over for specific roles, earning well above the average etc.
If those complaints are considered separately as they imo should be then they are both valid concerns.
