One night when I took acid, I realized my cat has infinite fur and you can just keep petting deeper forever without running out, because the fur is a bottomless abyss of fluffiness.
Just saying, not every acid trip is revelatory.
However, most cats do not have infinite patience for me petting them!
Those that do, though. Love them forever!!!
It probably would have been better for me to learn to engage with the substance like that. Maybe I would have enjoyed it more. I think because of the muscle aches I would get from it I thought I should at least be learning something about myself in the process to justify the discomfort.
When it stopped being relevatory was when I got that proverbial “last trip” feeling, so now I just decided not to bother
