I will restate that I oppose Neo-McCarthyism, and the use of the capitalist state to crack down on anti-war socialist protestors and groups. You may support this crackdown and feel it necessary to blame rising socialist and anti-war movements as “pro-Putinist,” but as a socialist I find this utterly unacceptable.
Someone actively or passively supporting the Russian war effort should not be allowed into sectors meant to counter the Russian war effort. This is not McCarthyism.

The groups I gave are not “actively or passively supporting the Russian war effort,” you are confusing advocacy for peace and a cessation of the far-right slide into increased repression and militarization with supporting Russia.
