It’s a 2012. It’s the first year of the 9th gen so yours would have been between 06-11. Not a lot of exterior differences between 2011 and 2012, but the instrument cluster did get a pretty radical overhaul.
Sometimes they’ll keep making the older gen of a popular model concurrently with the first run of the newer gen, so you’ll end up with a manufacture date in the new gen’s model year. I don’t know if this has happened with Civics specifically, but it seems likely given how common they are.

Mine was a 2012 as well, actually :) Didnt look like that tho :) probably different markets rather than either of us being wrong :)
Also model year and first registration date can and do differ and which one is used to say what year a car is, largely depends on where you’re from.
