I’m not sure if recommending Helix Editor will help you or not, but the only hurdle with it is learning the slightly different (but more sane) keybinds, as configuration isn’t required (there is no plugin system yet, but a lot is built-in the editor).
is this why so many of my programming projects end with me giving up because the right way is too much effort and the wrong way is wrong
i haven’t programmed privately for month now, because i need to first set neovim up perfectly and it is never perfect ;w;

thanky, but i think the configurability and extendability of neovim is kinda what i like about it (while also being my doom)
