This once happened to me with Kroger and limes

They subbed 6 limes for 6 bags of limes

As a citrus enjoyer I was not at all stressed though. I’d legit eat a lime straight.

I’ve been wanting to switch out the buckwheat husk filling in my pillow. So I ordered £14 of the stuff…turns out that I now am in possession of enough buckwheat husk to be a heirloom for my descendants to last to the heat death of the universe…

They basically sent you an even bigger buckwheat pillow. You could use it as a buckwheat mattress.

It’s common in traditional meditation cushions. It gives you a firm seat while still conforming nicely. There’s nothing else like it, honestly.

I really like it, stays cooler longer, is firm but also conforms to the shape of your head and neck a bit

What normal pillow filling texture would it compare to?

Imagine the conformity of memory foam with the firmness of dry rice, and you’re in the ballpark. There’s not really a 1:1 comparison.

It might sound weird but it is super comfortable. It needs to be pretty full though, if it’s under-stuffed then it just lacks the support.

We had one in the first building I lived in the UK, it was handy for gossip lol (“what was that screaming last night on the top floor?”). The address was posted on the entrance hall cork board. Ever since I moved from there, I wished that my subsequent buildings/neighbourhoods also had one, but even if one exists, it’s deathly silent for months at a time :/

I don’t know why but lots of people around eastern europe have that either in Viber or WhatsApp, and nothing else. That’s where the HOA lead, uhm, does stuff… IDK, I am in a private home.

I think it’s somewhat common, especially for smaller buildings. Mine has one. It’s optional to be part of it, but pretty useful.
