so i was at BK, eating an unreasonably expensive plant-based chili chee tortilla 🌶️🧀. it was good, maybe a bit too good. i started eating it… differently, until i noticed what i was doing. almost like in these TV commercials where they kinda kiss-eat a whopper or something.

it was tasty. and no, unfortunately the 1% cheese in the chili cheese sauce was unfortunately not vegan i have to inform you. sorry.

      Hello! I’ve seen you around, and I noticed you’ve altered the way you style your text over time. Out of curiosity (and please feel no need to answer if it makes you at all uncomfortable), was that a conscious choice, or were you more intentional about altering your voice? I ask because I have pretty consciously changed the voice of my writing over time, and also between spaces like lemmy, where I’m (obviously) a bit more formal, and private matrix rooms or group chats where I’m more informal. I like language, and any time I see people doing interesting things with their own idiolects (personal dialects) and sociolects (subculture dialects) it fascinates me.

        i’m not quite sure which text you mean here. are you referring to the visual text which i literally write onto the drawing tablet or the written text i tap away at with?

        imma make a guess and assume you mean the second one. there is not much of a reason for it and i have been told that these kinds of - stopping - symbols - and - such - make the content more difficult to read. it is literally the way i talk when i’m trying to think. yes i yap while thinking, it’s like CoT but for humans. not doing it feels less efficient.

        it’s mostly a play i’m putting up.

        if this would be about the writing style: i have changed it a bunch! yesyes i now put the hearts on the i’s and make the characters round. not just in these posts but in most of my important formal paperwork too.

        so i don’t have that much interesting stuff to share unfortunately >v<

        i… i keep setting myself up for rp fun in comments but then i realize that i’m not actually all that skilled in rp yet. i love writing scenarios but having an interaction…

        it has worked well before in non-spicy things and peeps seemed to really like it but… gosh it’s like - a whole thing… yeah.

            okay fine poor - i am indeed. mostly.

            i really gotta figure out how to do this rp stuff. like - it works kinda fiiiine in chat but… in comments? the response time is so much longer that it’s got a whole different feel. which makes sense, that’s how this stuff goes.
