It isn’t. This was just adding some makeup using photoshop. All done by hand.
Can you post the original image here, please? I’m happy to be corrected. The hair looks wrong, the hands look wrong, the suit looks too wide, and the background looks synthesized. Even the tie looks like it isn’t right at the collar.

I am the one who made this and I verify that I did in fact do it all by hand with basic photoshopping (but not with photoshop itself.) No AI was used. The hands look off because I found a stock photo of someone with begging hands and pasted them in.
Its no work of art but its also a meme so I don’t feel bad not spending hours perfecting it.
